1. Bookings & Enquiries
- Room bookings and enquiries are made through WhatsApp, telephone, email or our online enquiry form.
- A booking is confirmed only after our team acknowledges availability and confirms it to you. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself guarantee a room.
- Room availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, especially during festivals and peak periods.
2. Tariffs & Payment
- All tariffs are shown per room, per night, in Indian Rupees (₹) and are indicative.
- Tariffs may change without prior notice and may be higher during festivals, special occasions and peak days.
- The applicable tariff will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. Payment terms are communicated during confirmation.
- Please make payments only through the channels our team officially communicates. Never share OTPs, card details or passwords with anyone.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out timings will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport) is required for every adult guest at check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity of the room.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain the sanctity, cleanliness and discipline expected at a place of devotion.
- Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, tobacco or any intoxicants within the premises is not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. Please keep valuables secure.
- Any damage to property may be chargeable to the guest.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
We take care to provide a comfortable stay, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including travel disruptions, natural events, or acts of third parties.
