1. How to Cancel or Modify

To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 99999 99999.
Please share your booking name, dates and room type so we can locate your reservation quickly.

2. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. The following are our general guidelines; the exact terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking:

Cancellation well in advance (typically 7 or more days before check-in): Eligible for a full or substantial refund of any advance paid, less any applicable transaction charges.
Cancellation closer to the date (typically 2–7 days before check-in): Eligible for a partial refund of any advance paid.
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: Advance paid may not be refundable.

During festivals and peak periods, stricter terms may apply. These will be communicated when you book.

3. No-Show

If you do not arrive on your booked check-in date and have not informed us in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the advance may be forfeited.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation is confirmed, subject to your bank's processing time.

5. Changes by Us

In rare circumstances beyond our control, we may need to modify or cancel a booking. In such cases, we will do our best to offer an alternative room or a full refund of any advance paid.
